Algeco acquires Altempo, specialist in the design, production and management of modular buildings

This acquisition allows Algeco France to strengthen its positioning on the modular construction market in order to respond to more complex projects, in management and installation of construction sites in which the modular building is not the only component.

By reinforcing the already existing “turnkey” offer with a “full service on site” offer Algeco responds to a growing demand from customers who wish to benefit from a range of on-site services which includes maintenance, safety and security , logistics and on-site services.

By becoming a subsidiary of Algeco, Altempo retains its autonomy in the development of its activities in all trades of the provisional. Altempo can leverage its know-how by relying on the distribution network available to Algeco in France and Europe.

Algeco and Altempo share a corporate culture which aims to promote recycling, reuse of components and modules, respect for the environment, frugal and economical management of energy as well as listening and meaning customer and occupant service.
