AGC invests in new Fineo production line in Lodelinsart, Belgium

A major decision demonstrating AGC's ambition and unwavering commitment to meeting the growing needs and demands of its European customers and their markets, through innovation and the performance of its high technology.

This new production line, which should be operational in the second quarter of 2026, will enable AGC to significantly strengthen its production capacities for FINEO ultra-thin vacuum insulating glazing in Europe, as close as possible to its main customers.

FINEO, which is the first and only vacuum glazing to hold the CE mark, is now asserting itself as a new generation of insulating glazing with a vacuum of 0,1 mm, thus offering thermal insulation comparable to triple glazing, while distinguishing itself by its unmatched finesse and lightness. FINEO also makes it possible to significantly reduce the thickness of the new frames, thus drastically reducing the quantities of raw materials required. All these advantages and properties contribute to reducing CO2 emissions during production and after implementation.
