An engineer by training, graduated from Centrale Supélec, Adovi ADOTE, 37 years old, has built up solid expertise in the industrial sector, successfully supporting major players in the building and energy sectors.
His career is marked by multidisciplinary industrial experiences, with a focus on customer experience, team commitment, sustainable development and, as a result, lasting performance.
Indeed, on the one hand, he exercised significant operational responsibilities in industry. Having started his career in 2008 as a technical sales representative in the energy sector, he developed and implemented his vision in the role of Director of Operations & Purchasing within the Schlumberger Group internationally (Europe & Africa). ), then Director of Energy & Industry for the Western Europe zone of the Hilti Group, including France.
On the other hand, he contributed to the development and implementation of the strategy of industrial players as a Consultant and then Engagement Manager in the Paris office of the consulting firm McKinsey.
He joined URSA France as Managing Director. As part of these new functions, Adovi ADOTE will manage the strategy of the French subsidiary, URSA's largest provider of results.
