Adim Ouest, a real estate development subsidiary of Vinci Construction, lays the first stone of the two “Le Mancel” residences in Le Mans (72)

Jérôme ANSALDI, director of ADIM Ouest, laid the first stone of the two “Le Mancel” housing buildings in Le Mans a few days ago, in the presence of Christine POUPINEAU, president of Le Mans Métropole Habitat and Stéphane LE FOLL, president of Le Mans Métropole, mayor of Le Mans and former minister.

A program of 76 new housing units in the heart of the Mission block in Le Mans

Developed by ADIM Ouest, a real estate development subsidiary of VINCI Construction, “Le Mancel” consists of two buildings, each with 44 and 32 apartments, with the first building dedicated to Primméa housing, the innovative affordable housing offer designed by VINCI Construction to facilitate home ownership. The second building will include social rental housing.

This real estate program is a continuation of the Epicentre residence, built in 2022 and also led by ADIM Ouest, by adopting its architectural signature. Composed of three buildings, the residence already included 62 Primméa apartments and 43 social housing units.

The Primméa residence (building D)

Located along Avenue Jean Jaurès, the Primméa residence is made up of 44 apartments ranging from T2 to T4. It will also have private parking for each accommodation, a bicycle room and technical rooms as well as two commercial premises on the ground floor.

The Le Mans Métropole Habitat building (building E)

Located on rue de la Mission, the Le Mans Métropole Habitat residence is made up of 32 social rental housing units for sale in future state of completion ranging from 2 to 4 rooms.

The property complex will feature bright accommodation thanks to the large openings and spacious outdoor spaces of each of the apartments, which give “Le Mancel” a unique character that highlights the volumes.

Designed by the GDA' architecture firm and well integrated into its environment, the real estate complex benefits from an elegant and pleasant architecture with garden terraces of up to 53 m2 and climbing plants that adorn the openings. The heart of the block was designed to offer a shared pedestrian landscaped space.

The work, which began in August 2023 by Sogea Atlantique BTP, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, will be completed in the first quarter of 1 for building D and in the third quarter of 2025 for building E.

"Le Mancel" is part of a green atmosphere and contributes to the good life of this new Le Mans district located near the Le Mans TGV station and close to the historic and commercial center of the city.

A few steps from Place Washington with its local shops, the property complex is also close to schools such as Ronsard primary school and Touchard Washington high school.

Public transport – Bus (line 5) and Tramway at the foot of Mancel allow direct access to the SNCF-TGV station. Future occupants will also be able to quickly reach the A11, A28 and A81 motorways.
