Actis successfully renews the ISO 9001:2015 certification of all of its production sites and its head office

ISO 9001:2015 is based on the following principles: customer focus, leadership, collaboration, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, stakeholder relationship management.

Following audits carried out by AFNOR, renewal of ISO 9001:2015 certification was delivered to Actis for its five production sites and its head office.

The management system was recognized as fully effective and without any non-compliance.

The auditor highlighted 12 strong points including:

• a clearly defined strategic plan, broken down very methodically by process and resulting in action plans followed very precisely;
• a normative monitoring and steering process for new products;
• a favorable working environment both in factories and in administrative premises integrating relaxation areas and remarkable functionalities to bring well-being at work;
• the professionalism of the teams involved in applying the standard;
• strong involvement of management and all management;
• the new commercial organization segmented by market (ITI, ITE and trading) with dedicated teams to always better serve its various customers.
