A voluntary approach by a company, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is recognized for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system. Based on the concept of continuous improvement, it helps companies become more efficient by offering products and services that meet customer requirements in terms of quality and compliance.
ISO 9001:2015 is based on the following principles: customer focus, leadership, collaboration, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, stakeholder relationship management.
Following audits carried out by AFNOR, renewal of ISO 9001:2015 certification was delivered to Actis for its five production sites and its head office.
The management system was recognized as fully effective and without any non-compliance.
The auditor highlighted 12 strong points including:
- a clearly defined strategic plan, broken down very methodically by process and resulting in action plans followed very precisely;
- a normative monitoring and steering process for new products;
- a favorable working environment both in factories and in administrative premises integrating relaxation areas and remarkable functionalities to bring well-being at work;
- the professionalism of the teams involved in applying the standard;
- strong involvement of management and all management;
- the new commercial organization segmented by market (ITI, ITE and trading) with dedicated teams to always better serve its various customers.
