ACTiLED Lighting and CESATEC announce the strategic acquisition of LUMILA, expert in LED lighting

A strategic and complementary acquisition

It is in Aulnay-Sous-Bois that the two companies meet to conclude the terms of the takeover of LUMILA. ACTiLED Lighting is based in Nantes and specializes in the design and manufacture of French LED lighting fixtures. CESATEC is based in Florange in Moselle, it is a French company expert in luminous signage and dynamic LED displays.

LUMILA, an innovative company in LED lighting, combined two strategic axes: industrial lighting and personal protection. This dual skill pushed ACTiLED Lighting and CESATEC to come together to ensure a recovery that maintains these two pillars.

ACTiLED Lighting will continue industrial activity in its Nantes workshops thanks to its know-how in the development and manufacture of LED light sources, while CESATEC will take over the security aspect, drawing on its expertise in railway signaling.

This acquisition is above all part of a shared approach to uphold the values ​​of made in France and innovation. At the heart of their approach is to perpetuate French know-how in order to continue to offer customers products that meet the same technical and quality requirements.
