ACTiLED lights up the new entrance to Futuroscope

2025 also has a particular resonance for ACTiLED, which is revealing this prestigious lighting project and consolidating its expertise in the design and manufacture of custom LED lighting.

The pergola, the essential passage of the new esplanade

The entrance's renovation has given way to a new, expansive reception area with a modernized and revitalized look: La Plazza. Along the esplanade stands a prominent architectural structure, the pergola.

For Rémi Codron, Futuroscope Project Manager: "As part of the Vision 2025 masterplan, Futuroscope aims to significantly renew its offering and become a mid-stay destination with the addition of two themed hotels and a water park. With the addition of a 2-seat arena and a Zero Gravity third-party activity, it was necessary to transform the way our visitors are welcomed to this new resort."

Day and night, the energizing red pergola, halfway between Mars Red and Fire Red, invites visitors to walk to the various Futuroscope sites in a warm and colorful atmosphere.

For Nedir Benkhelifa, Lighting Designer of the project, Boa Light Studio: "It is a signal event that is easily identifiable from a distance, and which gives visitors who pass through it the sensation of bathing in moving colored light."

Natural or artificial, light is the common thread of the pergola

In daylight, the sun's rays pierce the pergola's roof, creating a play of color reflections ranging from yellow to red, orange, and green.

For Nedir Benkhelifa, Lighting Designer of the project, Boa Light Studio: “At night, the canopy and the flowers and their lighting appear in a different light depending on the movement of the observer.”

When the light is lower, ACTiLED lighting takes over. LED tubes installed in the arms of the structure light up in turn, providing soft, accent lighting.

When darkness is at its peak, LED tubular lights express themselves more frankly by making light rays burst forth everywhere.

Lighting that plays hide-and-seek

During the day, these LED tubes are barely visible, if at all, and conversely, they assert their presence when night falls.
