Acorus wins the renovation of 226 housing units in Paris for 9 million euros

A major energy renovation

The Acorus group won a call for tenders launched by Paris Habitat in February 2023. The project involves numerous exterior renovations: waterproofing with insulation, ITE under alternating finishes (cladding in terracotta, mineral panel and thin plaster), railing, exterior joinery, roller shutter concealment. But also flocking in the basement, renovation of the ventilation systems and the electricity of the common areas. In addition, Acorus will create two new premises, including one for selective sorting, and another for bicycles and pushchairs.

The targeted HQE label

The works, amounting to 9,07 million euros, will last two years, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. Following this energy renovation, the building is aiming for the HQE label with a change of label from D to B. A construction site in an occupied environment, which thanks to the means put in place to reduce acoustic and visual nuisances, will preserve the comfort of the inhabitants. This will notably involve optimized management of the various flows (users, residents, workers, deliveries) and local communication to facilitate coexistence between residents and technicians.

More than 50 workers will operate on the site, and importantly, Acorus has undertaken to hire and train people in social integration (all trades) up to 6.580 hours of work.
