Acorus carries out the renovation of the Voco hotel in Clichy

A control room that convinced

After creating a control room in record time, the Holiday Inn hotel in Clichy is renewing its confidence in the Acorus teams. Indeed, convinced by the know-how of all the trades and the technical solutions provided, the general manager of the hotel and his teams entrusted the 12.000 m2 contract to Acorus technicians.

The work, which cost 4,5 million euros, lasted just seven months for the total renovation of the 263 rooms, general services, lobby, bar and 12 meeting rooms. A construction site in a busy environment, which depending on the phases, allowed the hotel to leave around 60% of its rooms open, and for general services to ensure the continuity of reception of customers and the catering service.

We have reviewed the entire decoration with a theme reminiscent of travel and navigation, with the use of wood and cork, so that our customers can disconnect from Parisian life. With its control room, Acorus has demonstrated its know-how to provide quality services in record time. An operation which allowed the Holiday Inn hotel to move upmarket and adopt the VOCO brand, a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand. »
