Acorus acquires energy performance specialist Eneor

A new complementary acquisition

In a very buoyant market context, Acorus is completing its global eco-renovation offering by purchasing ENEOR at the beginning of February, a consulting company specializing in improving the energy performance of buildings, with 32 employees, generating €3 million in turnover. ENEOR is an independent engineering company, French leader in commissioning and real energy performance, specializing in energy optimization consulting for major players in the tertiary sector (offices, leisure parks, distribution, hotels, health, logistics) and the industry. Located in the Paris region in Pecq, Nantes, Lyon and Reunion Island, its 32 employees focus on key activities in the energy transition: energy audits, equipment commissioning, installation of GTB, AMO environment and energy management.

ENEOR uses its expertise in metrology, digital modeling and data science to push the limits of the real energy performance of buildings and complex energy systems, making it possible to offer global solutions optimized to achieve the best levels of technical, economic and performance performance. comfort.

The objective of this acquisition is to offer a complete eco-renovation offer integrating the requirements of the Tertiary Decree and the BACS Decree. Acorus and ENEOR are now able to support clients from the strategic diagnosis of their real estate asset base to the operation of their equipment, with the aim of obtaining real and sustainable reductions in energy consumption/CO².
