This new expanded polystyrene insulation made from graphite, fireproof and with a thermal conductivity of 0,032 W/mK, has just obtained ACERMI certification, thus guaranteeing its quality and compliance with current standards. The EDIL-PSE Gris 32 insulation panel also complies with standard NF EN 13163+A2, “Thermal insulation products for buildings – Expanded polystyrene (EPS) manufactured products”. It meets the requirements of the CPT of CSTB 3035 V3 “External thermal insulation systems by coating on expanded polystyrene”, and is validated for the ETE (Technical Assessment
European), DTA (Technical Application Document) and AT (Technical Opinions) of the various ETICS systems on the market, including the EDIL-Therm® PSE system from EDILTECO®.
The EDIL-PSE range
As a reminder, the EDIL-PSE range is made up of white polystyrene insulating panels
and gray, ACERMI certified. They offer extremely high-performance exterior thermal insulation.
Made in France, these insulators are designed to insulate new or renovated buildings, in compliance with ETICS applications. Their versatility allows them to insulate a wide variety of structures, including individual houses, collective and tertiary residential buildings, establishments receiving the public (ERP), industrial buildings and timber-framed constructions.
EDIL-PSE Gris 32 can be used to insulate 1st and 2nd family residential buildings, i.e. collective housing with a maximum of three floors on the ground floor, but also 2nd Group ERPs, 3rd family residential buildings and 1st Group ERPs in accordance with the “Recommendation Guide – Fire protection of concrete and masonry facades coated with ITE systems by coating on EPS (ETICS-PSE)” of September 2020, as well as office buildings and industrial buildings.
It is also important to note that the EDIL-PSE Gris 32 panel has a reaction to fire, being classified Euroclass E according to the CSTB PV. When integrated into the ETICS EDIL-Therm® PSE system, it reaches classification B-s1, d0. In addition, the raw materials used are certified by the LNE, in accordance with the requirements of IT 249 and version 2 of the Recommendations Guide – ETICS-PSE.
