Founded in 2018 by Ahmed Akaaboun and based in Paris, the AccesBTP group specializes in the injection of expansive resin, an innovative technology for consolidating buildings that have collapsed or cracked due to the phenomenon of shrinkage-swelling of clays (RGA). The group operates throughout France, through its network of regional agencies, its 5 logistics bases and its 80 employees, and carries out structural studies and underpinning and rehabilitation work for all trades for individuals, insurers and construction industry players.
The Sol Structure group, created in 2007 by Vladimir Filic, is one of the main players in France in the installation of micropiles, resin injection and geotechnical studies thanks to its 250 employees spread across three companies: Sol Structure, Sol Structure Travaux Spéciaux and Infra-Bat. Based in Savigny-le-Temple (77), the group has four other locations in France to effectively respond to its clientele, which is mainly composed of insurers.
The merger of the two groups, made possible by the support of Crédit Mutuel Equity, which has become a minority shareholder, has enabled the emergence of a leading specialist in underpinning: the AccesSOL group. With nearly 350 employees and a turnover exceeding 80 million euros in 2024, AccesSOL has thus become a major player mastering all soil consolidation technologies. It now covers the entire national territory with its historical skills (design office, resin injection, micropile installation, all-trades work) for a comprehensive, turnkey offer for disaster victims.
For Ahmed Akaaboun, President of the AccesSOL group: "This strategic merger with the Sol Structure group will enable us to equip ourselves with the necessary resources to become a leading player serving our customers. The AccesSOL group now has the best technical skills to respond to the risks of claims linked to the shrinkage and swelling of clays."
Worsened by global warming and droughts, the phenomenon of clay shrinkage and swelling (RGA) now threatens 1 in 2 homes in France. According to the I4CE institute, RGA-related losses cost nearly €2,9 billion in 2022 alone and are expected to rise to €2,1 billion per year by 2050. This social phenomenon remains largely unknown to the general public, while the majority of French real estate is not equipped to deal with it. By combining the expertise of AccesBTP and Sol Structure, the AccesSOL group provides reliable prevention and repair solutions for this type of disaster.
