A successful renovation in the historic center of Saint-Malo

This detached house, typical of Saint-Malo, dates from the 1900s and is located in front of a high school where service buses pass regularly.

In addition to the real noise nuisance due to this school life, the new owners noted that the 3 levels of the house gave the impression of "shaking" when a bus passed nearby. With the objective of improving both acoustic and thermal comfort, while retaining the style of the house, the owners have started a gradual renovation.
