A successful first for the Diapason Users Club organized by ISIA, a subsidiary of the ELCIA Group

ISIA, publisher and integrator of the specialized ERP Diapason and subsidiary of the ELCIA Group, organized its first Diapason User Club in Nantes at the premises of its new partner Proginov. A new format in small groups to discuss current topics at the heart of the activity of its users.

"Securing your data at the heart of our priorities", with Proginov

It was with their new partner Proginov that ISIA organized its 1st Diapason User Club on the theme of “Securing your data at the heart of our priorities”. The participants were received by Philippe PLANTIVE, President of Proginov, Roland PEYRAN, ISIA Sales Director and Laurent HARISTOY, ISIA Operations Director.

On the program: during the morning, the users present were able to take part in workshops with cybersecurity experts from Proginov and discuss with Fabrice JENOUVRIER, Commercial Hosting Proginov. The day then continued with a visit to a Proginov Datacenter in the afternoon. Despite the different and varied profiles of each participant, the exchanges were rich and constructive in order to answer the questions, in particular on the communication part between the production sites and the datacenters or even exchanges on a typical migration project.

An additional meeting format for even more proximity and exchanges

Listening to its customers and following up on feedback from the ScoreFact survey, ISIA has deployed many moments of discussion.

It is with a view to always satisfying its customers that ISIA has decided to set up the Users Club, this new time of exchange with its customers, in addition to the regular webinars and the annual Diapason Forums already set up by the 'company.

While the latter are more intended for sharing user testimonials and feedback, the new User Club format allows ISIA to create a meeting in small groups with its customers to discuss and exchange views on a topical subject at the heart of their activity (cybersecurity, BI, hosting, etc.). It is also an opportunity for users to discuss their best practices with each other and to share their advice on the subject discussed.

For Laurent HARISTOY, Director of Operations at ISIA: “It is essential for us to create this close link with our customers. They must know that ISIA is there to offer them areas for improvement and that with them, we are building the Diapason of tomorrow. »

With this successful first edition, ISIA is already working on the next User Clubs and wishes to offer these meetings again to Diapason users.
