A new senior residence designed by Plurial Novilia in Sillery

• With 9 new pavilions created as an extension of the existing project, the Félicie Malvy residence offers a living environment perfectly suited to seniors.

With this project, Plurial Novilia confirms its presence in the municipality where the lessor now manages 157 housing units (125 detached houses and 32 collective housing units), thus meeting the needs of the entire population.

A city that evolves according to needs

The Félicie Malvy residence is both a new project and an extension of the senior housing complex that Plurial Novilia has been managing since 2013. To meet the growing needs of the Sillerotin population for housing adapted to the elderly (and more generally to people with reduced mobility), the lessor has in fact built 4 new T2 pavilions and 5 new T3 pavilions, and redesigned the life of the site for greater inclusivity of the people housed.

The whole forms a coherent and inclusive whole, perfectly integrated into the neighborhood, and demonstrates that it is possible to capitalize on what already exists, to adapt it and to develop a given space, by completing the offer and rethinking the uses. »

Improving the safety and comfort of seniors living in their homes

As usual, Plurial Novilia has designed a particularly high-quality complex, with a project that meets RE2020 standards, and a heating system using a heat pump and underfloor heating. Each of the nine new pavilions offers an average living area of ​​53m² for the one-bedroom apartments and 70m² for the two-bedroom apartments, and has a parking space. The project also benefited from specific funding for social housing (PLAI, PLUS, PLS, PLI), allowing them to be offered at particularly affordable rents.

New residents can take advantage of the community-run social room, which has been used by Plurial Novilia since the end of 2023 every Friday, thanks to the arrival of an inclusive housing coordinator. The coordinator regularly organizes activities open to residents, such as shows, cooking workshops, creative or relaxing moments (yoga, etc.), shared meals, or even walks and cultural outings.

The shared living assistance project is also supported by the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy and the Marne Department within the framework of its prerogatives.
