A new Vans General Manager for Mercedes-Benz France

The latter will replace David Perdomo Hollatz as Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans Germany, Used Vehicles and International Fleets on October 1.

Batiste Pascalin began his career at Mercedes-Benz in 2008 after a master's degree in business and communications and initial experience in automotive distribution (Chrysler/Jeep) and consulting (technology and media sectors). He then held several key positions within the Sales department in Germany, including retail campaign management, launch management and product communication for Mercedes-Benz Cars.

In 2016, he joined Mercedes-Benz Vans as Head of Marketing Management Europe, and in 2018 became Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans Romania. In 2020, in Prague, he established and led the Central and Eastern Europe cluster (Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic), achieving excellent results in terms of growth and profitability. From 2021, as Managing Director of this cluster, he has promoted regional synergies.

In 2023, Baptiste Pascalin joined the Stuttgart headquarters to oversee Sales and Market Management Europe. He played a key role in the implementation of Market Performance Steering Vans, which was launched in April 2025.

Effective October 1st, Vittorio Braguglia will replace David Perdomo Hollatz as Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans Germany, Used Cars and International Fleets. Vittorio Braguglia joined the group in 1997, holding various management positions in sales, after-sales and own-retail at smart GmbH, Chrysler/Jeep and then Mercedes-Benz Cars.

Between 2014 and 2016, as Director of Aftersales and Retail Operations, he played a key role in the creation and development of the European region. From 2016, Vittorio Braguglia and his Own Retail Europe team successfully drove the organization's profitability as well as the transformation and restructuring of the retail sites. In July 2023, he was appointed Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans France. In this role, he and his team redefined the roadmap for the Vans business unit and made a lasting contribution to the company's success in France.

David Perdomo Hollatz, currently Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans Germany, Used Cars and International Fleets, will become the new Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales Germany from October 1, 2025.
