A long and patient restoration gives birth to a charming residence associated with a graceful private garden: "Le Couvent des Jacobins". It was a long process, but it was part of the game because the architects' goal was to remain as faithful and empathetic as possible to the history of the place.

The design of Atelier Rome, which works on an urban and residential scale, meets strict criteria of sustainability and environmental protection. Its founders: Mr. Fabio Cummaudo (graduate of the University of Venice) and Clémence Cantenot based in Paris, experience ecological responsibility and instill it in all their projects.
In line with their design philosophy, this renovation enhances the historic character of the building while creating a sustainable architecture that is forward-looking, both functional and promising a beautiful quality of life. The consistent use of natural and healthy materials has allowed the integration of the Héritage parquet collection in French oak, rigorously certified and monitored throughout its life cycle: from forest management to production. The “Hungarian Point” installation pattern adds an additional touch of charm to the Filigrana texture of the Città della Pieve finish.
