Workman chooses Beeldi to optimize the technical and regulatory management of 365 sites in France

This strategic initiative places building data at the heart of operational and regulatory management and investment planning, offering a consolidated view essential for managing a diversified and growing portfolio.

Workman manages a diversified portfolio including offices, retail, logistics assets, business parks, schools and hotels. With 173 sites exceeding 10.000 m², the diversity, size and complexity of the assets under management make their operation particularly demanding.

Until now, information was scattered across different tools and stakeholders, complicating technical and regulatory monitoring and work planning. Teams spent a significant portion of their time consolidating heterogeneous data.

In this context, Workman had a clear objective: to centralize all data, make existing information more reliable and facilitate asset management, in order to support the growth and increasing complexity of portfolios.

To achieve this goal, Workman relies on Beeldi and its Equipment Data Platform dedicated to the centralization and management of building data.

Buildings, lots, equipment, contractual documents and contacts are grouped together in a single, structured and secure environment.

The platform allows, in particular:

• The consolidation and improvement of the reliability of technical data,
• Daily monitoring of regulatory compliance (necessary visits, resolution of outstanding issues),
• Planning and monitoring of technical works and interventions,
• Interoperability with existing business tools,
• The management of site visits by the Workman teams,
• The provision of a centralized interface for intervention requests.

The project unfolds in several phases: importing and structuring the assets, improving data quality and reliability, integrating historical audit reports, and identifying missing documents. Beeldi provides ongoing support to Workman to ensure the continuous updating of the repository.
