Wicona recognized as a "Top Employer France 2026" for the excellence and commitment of its HR practices

For the second consecutive year, WICONA has improved its performance, achieving a score of 84,21/100, confirming the strength and maturity of its human resources policy. This distinction recognizes a continuous improvement approach and underscores the company's ongoing commitment to providing a stimulating, inclusive, and respectful work environment for all its employees.

Recognized HR performance based on demanding criteria

The "Top Employer" audit is based on the evaluation of six major HR areas and twenty key themes, including leadership, employer branding, work environment, skills development, well-being, and inclusion and diversity.

In 2025, WICONA particularly distinguished itself in two major areas:

• Workplace well-being: score of 87,75, well above the overall benchmark (78,14),
• Inclusion & diversity: score of 95,57, more than 13 points above the average for certified companies.

Mental health, a priority HR issue

In a context where mental health has been designated a major national cause, WICONA has made it a cornerstone of its HR strategy, recognizing the evolving relationship with work and employee expectations. The company has strengthened its support systems through a preventative, educational, and practical approach to encourage open communication, destigmatize mental health issues, and facilitate access to help and care: dedicated themed days and weeks, awareness campaigns, stress management training offered throughout the year, webinars, and on-site workshops on addiction.

From 2026, a social worker will also be available at each site, as well as remotely, to offer personalized support and guidance. The goal is clear: to provide comprehensive, sustainable, and accessible support for everyone.

Inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities: concrete commitments

Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of WICONA's HR policy. A comprehensive Company Agreement has been jointly developed with employee representatives focusing on diversity, inclusion, and Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QWL). Key initiatives include:

• the renewal of the partnership with the association "Elles bougent", in order to promote industrial professions among young girls and to combat stereotypes,
• The opening of the Courmelles site during Industry Week, allowing high school girls to discover WICONA's professions through a mentoring system,
• the launch of the Women Network, an internal network bringing together female employees from different professions, sites and countries in the Southern Europe area, promoting exchanges on the place of women in the industry, the sharing of experience and the balance between professional and personal life.

Disability, caregivers: supporting all life journeys

WICONA also regularly undertakes initiatives to support people with disabilities, notably through its participation in the DuoDay program, in partnership with Agefiph. On November 20th, the Bonneuil-sur-Marne (94) site welcomed a person with a disability, illustrating the company's commitment to combating prejudice and valuing all talents.

Furthermore, WICONA is deploying awareness campaigns for employees who are caregivers and offers a "caregiver's user guide" kit to support the employees concerned and to assist managers in taking into account these sometimes complex life situations.
