Customer relationship management expert VASANO has published its ranking of the best-rated brands on Google in 2025, based on a comparative analysis of customer reviews between 2024 and 2025.
DIY: notable changes in the ranking
The DIY sector will see a significant reshuffle of its top 2025 in 5, with marked gains for certain brands and the arrival of new players in the ranking. The sector's overall dynamic confirms that the quality of the customer experience—welcome, in-store support, clarity of information—is becoming a performance driver in its own right.
Weldom retains its first place with a score of 4,68, up +0,10 points compared to 2024 (4,58). The brand strengthens its status as a benchmark for customer service in the local DIY world.
Castorama made a spectacular comeback, going from 3,96 to 4,67 (+0,71 points) and moved into second place in the ranking. LaMaison.fr, in third place, continued its rise with a score of 4,28, up +0,05 points over one year. Mr.Bricolage entered the top 5 with a score of 3,99, while Brico Dépôt retained its fifth place despite a slight drop of -0,01 points (3,94 in 2024 compared to 3,93 in 2025). Bricomarché, second in 2024 with 4,24, dropped out of the ranking.
Garden centers: a dynamic of continuous growth driven by historic brands
The garden center sector continues its high satisfaction trajectory in 2025, with notable gains among the three top brands. In a world where local roots, personalized advice, and a quality welcome are decisive, traditional brands are confirming their ability to retain their customers.
Gamm Vert retains its first place with a score of 4,72, up +0,02 points compared to 2024 (4,70), illustrating exemplary consistency in the customer experience offered. Point Vert, third last year, progresses by +0,07 points to reach 4,60 and takes second place in the ranking.
Jardiland, which occupied second position in 2024 with 4,54, also shows an increase of +0,03 points to reach 4,57, remaining in the top three.
For Marlène Berger, co-founder of VASANO: "In the DIY and gardening sectors, customer experience is now a key differentiator. The brands that are rising to the top are those that have successfully evolved their models towards greater clarity, advice, and proximity. The 2025 ranking shows that consumer trust is earned as much by the quality of the offering as by the quality of support. The progress of Castorama and the consistency of Gamm Vert perfectly illustrate this ability to transform field engagement into customer recognition."
