VTI's second industrial site is now fully operational

This new building, due to open at the end of 2024, represents an investment of over €5 million and doubles the company's footprint, increasing from 3.500 m² to 2 m². This site will enable VTI to support its ambitious development.

A strategic extension for the development of the company

Located near the former Salins de Frontignan, this new site has:

• of a new 888,1m2 production unit which allows VTI to quadruple its production capacity.
• a logistics center with 600 m2 of Rac storage, bringing the company's total storage area to 1.000 m2.

The new industrial site is also equipped with a rooftop solar power plant and state-of-the-art equipment, such as laser machines, sheet metal bending machines and a computerized storage management system.

Opened in 2002, the original site (pictured below) is now used for offices, meeting rooms, testing laboratories, masonry and storage.

Before the opening of the new site, VTI had 50 employees, including 6 in production. The Frontignan industrial site, with its new factory, now allows the company to hire up to 25 additional people in production, thus strengthening its responsiveness and service level.

Ambitions and diversification

For Eric Fraisse, associate director of VTI: "This new plant is a major turning point for VTI. It embodies our commitment to increasing our production capacity and meeting the growing needs of the low- and high-pressure ventilation market. This site is a key pillar in our growth strategy."

Each year, VTI manufactures around 8.000 ventilation units, 6.000 extractors and 6.000 plenums at its Frontignan site, intended for the renovation of old collective buildings constructed before 1982. With the extension, VTI will therefore be able to quadruple its production and strengthen its position as national leader in the low-pressure ventilation market, of which it currently holds around 60% market share for a turnover of 20 million euros.

In 2025, VTI will also enter the high-pressure ventilation market, launching its first patented VMC solution, Supair'Vent, in 2024. This diversification opens up a new potential market for VTI, with a theoretical market that will grow from 10 million to 16 million homes.

In 2024, the company experienced growth of 15%, and its forecasts predict a turnover of 30 million euros in 2030, supported by the boom in the energy renovation market in the years to come.
