Iris Télésurveillance, the French leader in remote surveillance and an APSAD P3-certified company, guarantees the security of industrial centers, hypermarkets, town halls, hospitals, nursing homes, and many other public institutions. The center has a potential of 10.000 connections, to which VPSitex, one of the long-standing subsidiaries of the VPS France group, currently connects more than 3.000 alarms for its customers.
With this acquisition, the VPS Group accelerates its development in France by offering a more efficient and comprehensive range of services. By integrating the recognized expertise of Iris Télésurveillance, VPS France intends to continue innovating to offer temporary security solutions tailored to market requirements.
Under the leadership of Jean-Christophe Chwat, President of VPS Southern Europe, Iris Télésurveillance joins the four subsidiaries already owned by VPS France: VPSitex, Prodomo, VPS Résidents Temporaires, and Durus. Iris Télésurveillance joins the VPS France Group while remaining an independent entity and also retaining its trademark.
