Two single-family home builders from the Procivis Nouvelle Aquitaine Group obtain NF Habitat HQE certification

NF Habitat HQE: a lever for progress for builders, with concrete benefits for individual buyers

Governed by the Consumer Code and issued by CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, NF Habitat HQE is the most comprehensive certification in the sector. It covers all the qualities sought by individuals: the quality of the builder and their services, and the quality of the completed work. It is designed to be:

CIMI (Compagnie Immobilière Maison Individuelle)

CIMI has been building custom-designed single-family homes in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for nearly 40 years under the brands Maisons d'en France Sud-Ouest, Maisons d'en France Poitou-Limousin, and Ma Première Maison. A human-scale company with around forty employees, it has built its reputation on two main pillars: the quality of its services and workmanship, always at an affordable price, and a very high level of commitment to customer relations. The user experience is carefully considered from the outset and maintained throughout the project, with a focus on transparency and providing comprehensive information. Beyond the handover, this translates into a set of guarantees that exceed both the contract and regulatory requirements, specific to the Maisons d'en France brand (e.g., the "Resale Contract" guarantee, which covers financial losses in the event of resale due to unforeseen circumstances, up to a maximum of €40.000).
