With the municipal elections approaching, followed by the 2027 presidential election, the president of the HLM movement, Emmanuelle Cosse, hopes for a better "republican dialogue" around housing policy in 2026 and recalled on Tuesday, January 13, the objectives achieved by social housing in 2025.
