On May 27, the decree extending the validity period of planning permissions issued between January 1, 2021, and May 28, 2024, was published in the Official Journal. This text concretizes the commitments made by the Minister of Housing, Valérie Létard, on the sidelines of the international market for real estate professionals (Mipim) last March, to facilitate the resumption of construction sites and the production of housing.
