The Federation of Modular Ceiling Manufacturers (FIPS) adopts a new identity

The FIPS has just defined a series of key actions for the coming years. In addition to promoting the profession and expertise of these professionals, as well as the technical sophistication of suspended ceilings, the FIPS also aims to highlight the environmental benefits of modular ceilings. By promoting the use of sustainable and recyclable materials, FIPS members aim to actively contribute to reducing the environmental impact of buildings.

Also, under the impetus of its new board composed of the main players in the acoustic and decorative ceiling industry, FIPS presents its new expression: "THE INSPIRATIONAL CEILING". This new identity reflects its commitment to inspiring projects, bringing innovation, comfort and technical excellence to the world of suspended ceilings.

The new website "leplafondinspiration.com" is intended to be an essential platform for architects, acoustic design offices, installation companies, building managers, and other project owners. This new platform will allow them to discover all the advantages of modular ceilings, independent technical and regulatory resources; it will also provide them with emblematic and inspiring construction site references.

The vision developed on "leplafondinspiration.com" is indeed one of the most comprehensive and unique in terms of materials used in ceilings, with each FIPS member presenting their best solutions for acoustic and decorative panels.

Finally, it should be noted that the FIPS aims to promote acoustic solutions specifically for the hotel and restaurant sector. The participation of its technical committee in normative and regulatory work will soon be a major topic in the sector, with the publication of a new standard. This will provide tools for rethinking spaces and, thus, better meeting user expectations.
