The construction of single-family homes is set to rebound sharply in 2025, with a 33,3% increase, driven primarily by the expansion of the zero-interest loan (PTZ). According to data from the housing division of the French Building Federation (FFB), published on Tuesday, February 24, this housing finance support scheme has significantly boosted the single-family home market.
