The Trecobat Group is weathering the storm in the new housing market thanks to its diversification

Trecobat also announces the creation of its strategic committee and the launch of its employee share ownership.

In a still very challenging environment for new housing, the Trecobat Group is announcing a 22% increase in its house sales for 2025 and consolidated revenue of €181 million (fiscal year ending August 2025). This 3% decline comes in a national market for single-family homes (-13% in 2024 and -39% in 2023) and property development (0% in 2024, -22% in 2023) that has been in freefall for the two preceding years. This performance and resilience are no accident: they are based as much on the Group's technical expertise, agility, and capacity for innovation as on the balance of its market positioning and its diversification strategy.

Dynamics of collective housing, off-site construction and timber-framed houses

This is exemplified by the dynamism of its land development and real estate promotion division, Amenatys, whose activity jumped 33% in one year to €24 million, with 19 small-scale multi-unit housing projects planned for 2026 (primarily for the revitalization of town centers) and a target of €60 million by 2029. The industrial division is also performing very well, as Murébois' off-site prefabrication of timber walls saw a 10% increase in 2025, both in production (68,000 m² of timber walls) and in revenue (€23 million), with a target of €35 million by 2030 (excluding POBI activity).

An integral part of Trecobat's DNA, the timber-framed house, designed to meet the next environmental regulations (RE2020), is doing more than just resisting, since it now represents 32% of the Group's new house sales (versus 9,1% of the national market in the dispersed sector*).

For Alban Boyé: “With prices now almost identical to traditional construction solutions, we are democratizing timber-framed houses, particularly thanks to our industrialization processes. Off-site manufacturing is also a major advantage in addressing labor shortages, guaranteeing consistent quality, and ensuring very short lead times.”

In addition to its growth and diversification, aimed at providing a comprehensive and structured response to the challenges of sustainable housing in the future, the Trecobat Group continues its structuring, challenges its vision and cultivates its independence.

Launch of the strategic committee and employee share ownership

He has just set up his Strategic Committee, in which his CEO is enriched by the external perspectives of: Roger Bégoc (former senior executive at Eiffage and Vinci), who will bring his industrial experience and experience with major projects, Alain Marion (former President of the Herige Group - VM Matériaux), a connoisseur of materials and the management of large groups, Rachel Denis Lucas (co-director of Denis Matériaux and founder of AELMAT), an expert in family governance and CSR strategy, as well as Marc Brière (former President of Arkéa Capital), a specialist in financing and business development.

Trecobat has also just taken its first steps in employee share ownership, with the objective that its employees will reach 3% of the capital this year, alongside the three leaders of the Group (Alban Boyé, Fabrice Tréguer and Marc Garo) and the founder of the company Marcel Tréguer.
