No Contest offers a simple application for both individuals and professionals to document incidents and create legally valid digital evidence, all from their smartphone. It's a tool designed for everyday use, for both prevention and protection.
For Brice Gallon, CEO, and Niels Gavoille, COO: "What we are offering with No Contest is a new relationship with evidence: immediate, certified, and legally binding. There's no longer any need to wait for a conflict to erupt before starting to protect yourself."
An application that serves reality

Available on iOS and Android, the No Contest app allows users to take photos or videos, time-stamp them, geolocate them, encrypt them, and store them automatically. Each piece of evidence is certified and can be used as admissible legal evidence.
The reports can be archived preventively or generated immediately in the event of a dispute. Optional filing with a bailiff completes the process for the most sensitive situations.
The application is used daily, for example by:
- A craftsman who documents the progress of a construction site
- A builder who notices the building permit notice
- A property manager to ensure a proper property inspection
- An individual facing online defamation
- Or, consider a lawyer who gathers evidence to better defend their client.
Reference clients, concrete uses
Today, more than 2000 clients use No Contest throughout France, from very small businesses to large companies.
Among the major references are Vinci Construction, Bouygues and Line 15 of the Grand Paris project, which rely on the tool to secure their construction sites, monitor work and prevent contractual conflicts.
In addition, Leclerc centers use No Contest on a large scale to manage their utility fleet, document incidents in parking lots or protect their commercial areas.
The most active areas of use include:
- The building sector, for site monitoring, prevention of defects, or multiple interventions
- Real estate matters, including property condition reports, security deposits, and rental disputes.
- Lawyers, in order to gather evidence to better defend their clients
