The Lorenove network is setting up in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94) with a new integrated agency

The Lorenove network continues its expansion and announces the opening of a new integrated agency in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94). Since February 1st, this new space, ideally located in the heart of the city near the RER station, welcomes individuals wishing to improve and renovate their homes.

With its 90 m² showroom, this exhibition store offers an immersive experience allowing customers to discover the different solutions offered by Lorenove to combine aesthetics, comfort and energy performance.

With this opening, Lorenove brings the number of its integrated agencies to nine, strengthening its territorial network in the Île-de-France region. Heading up this new location is Barthélémy Da Costa, who joined Lorenove nearly 9 years ago.

Already responsible for the Antony (92) agencies, opened in 2016, and Ivry-sur-Seine (94) (Paris Sud) since 2019, he will now be in charge of both Paris Sud and Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. To support the launch of this new agency, the Paris Sud teams are actively mobilizing: the agency's three installation teams will manage the first projects in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés to ensure an optimal start. A technical sales representative has also just been recruited and an assistant will soon join the team to ensure a local and quality service to customers in the sector.

The opportunity arose with the availability of these ideally located premises, in the heart of the city and close to the RER station.. Such a well-located location is not to be refused! It is also a strategic decision, as market indicators clearly showed that there was strong demand in this sector. Until now, this area was shared between our Paris Sud and Paris Est agencies, but it deserved to have its own point of sale to better meet the expectations of residents.

With the opening of this new agency, Lorenove is strengthening its presence in the Île-de-France region and offering residents of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés direct access to all the solutions in its catalog.
