The Lhotellier Group unveils its new strategic plan “Excellence 2030”

By 2030, the family business intends to strengthen its role as a key player in the Normandy and Picardy regions by making environmental transition and skills transfer levers for development.

Lhotellier presents its 2030 strategy with a clear ambition: to consolidate the existing business and prepare for the future.

The Lhotellier Group announces the launch of its new strategic plan, “Excellence 2030,” the fourth major roadmap in its history. Through this plan, the company aims to consolidate its core expertise by building on its historical businesses while continuing its development and accelerating its ecological transition.

The Group is now organized around 6 divisions:

• Infrastructure & Development: public works, pipelines, bioengineering, engineering structures, soil laboratories, maintenance workshops.
• Construction: building, civil engineering, prefabrication and civil engineering.
• Industries and Materials: Hot and cold asphalt plants, Bitumen emulsion plant, Ready-mix concrete plants, Rail and river terminals, Sand and gravel quarries, Construction and demolition waste recycling platforms.
• Energy & Environment: Decontamination, deconstruction, asbestos removal, drinking water supply, sanitation, photovoltaic installation and production, methanization.
• Real estate: Redevelopment of brownfield sites, development of mixed-use projects, urban planning.
• International / Quebec: Targeted investments in construction and energy

A concrete transformation of organizations and professions

Presented to the group's 300 managers at the beginning of 2026, the "Excellence 2030" plan comprises operational roadmaps for each business line, structured around four pillars: Performance, Development, Profitability, and Succession (PEPS). This includes, for example, strengthening sales performance, on-site management, and positioning the company in new markets such as bioengineering and the renovation of civil engineering structures. The plan also aims to open new sites, scale up projects, and facilitate the transfer of expertise.

According to Jean-Philippe Lemesle, CEO of Groupe Lhotellier: “This plan marks a new stage in the structuring of our Group. We are strengthening our organizations to gain in efficiency, transparency and performance, while meeting the needs of our clients. We have a clear objective: to be a local, reliable partner, capable of providing concrete, sustainable solutions adapted to the realities on the ground.”

A strategy focused on client projects and environmental issues

At the heart of "Excellence 2030", the ecological transition is a major focus.

As part of its CSR approach, the Group intends to support its clients with innovative solutions that address climate challenges. For example:

• Developing ecological engineering,
• The integration of a greater proportion of recycled materials into its formulas,
• Develop road maintenance work and promote soft mobility,
• The renovation of small engineering structures.

The company also wants to support communities in the modernization and maintenance of water networks, or to help with the energy transition: heat networks, photovoltaics, methanization... It also offers solutions to promote the development and requalification of territories (industrial brownfields, renaturation, site decontamination, rehabilitation...).

This ambition is part of a broader desire: to build and maintain territories sustainably while responding to new societal expectations.
