The Lesage Group strengthens its framework business by acquiring Techni Prefa

Established in Thouars in Deux Sèvres (79) for over 35 years, Techni Prefa has a factory capable of producing structural elements and fire walls to complement the existing framework offering within the group.

This new strategic acquisition accelerates the Lesage group's diversification ambition and now makes it the leader in structural framing on the French market.

In addition, it is a proven leader in key segments of the framework market:

• leader in poles in France, with around 12% market share.
• pioneer in mixed wood/concrete frames, a rapidly expanding solution.
• expertise in fire walls, with a production capacity of nearly 300.000 m² per year.
