The Hellio group announces it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale

A key player in energy management for over 20 years, the Hellio group, with continuous growth driven by its CEO Pierre Maillard, is undertaking this merger which will allow the 4th largest French banking group to continue developing its activities in service of all energy consumers.

Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, through Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Hellio Solutions with a view to acquiring its French activities in the field of energy management.

In a context where the energy transition is a major economic, social and environmental issue, this merger aims to give Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale additional resources to amplify its impact and more broadly support the massification of energy renovation.
