The Dreyer Group affirms new development ambitions and initiates a reorganization of its capital

This capital transition accompanies the gradual exit of the historical partners, Pierre PERNIAS and Thierry RUSCICA, and the LT Capital fund, present alongside them since 2017. It marks the completion of a cycle and opens a new chapter for the group now led by Félix BAEZNER, Chairman, and Guillaume BOISSIERE, Managing Director, who joined in 2019 via the acquisition of CAPSA and who are reinvesting with the key managers alongside a majority pool of private equity funds bringing together Siparex Territoires (via the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Sovereign Fund), BNP PARIBAS Développement and Caisse d'Épargne Rhône Alpes Entreprises.

Based in Avignon, Vedène and Lyon, and specializing in the deployment of cold room solutions via the DREYER company, the construction of off-site buildings with EASYCUBE, as well as the transformation and fitting out of custom-made maritime containers for construction, industry and events by the CAPSA company, the DREYER group currently has a turnover of around €40 million and a workforce of 200 employees.

Positioning itself as an "essential industry," the group designs often less visible but always vital infrastructures, particularly in the world of refrigeration and storage, and contributing to the country's food, energy, and health sovereignty. At the crossroads of industrial, logistical, and environmental challenges, its products and services are fully in line with the ongoing changes in the European industrial fabric. The group is particularly committed to its environmental solutions for reuse, the use of recyclable or bio-sourced materials, the permanent reduction of its carbon footprint, and energy production exceeding its consumption.
