On September 13 and 14, the 19th edition of the Baticup Méditerranée brought together construction and engineering professionals in Marseille for a weekend dedicated to sport, teamwork, and sharing. Despite unpredictable weather, the two Cinov Federation crews demonstrated discipline and team spirit, winning the 2025 edition.
Baticup Méditerranée 2025: a great victory for the Cinov Federation
The crew of the Alizée distinguished themselves by taking first place in the race, demonstrating their expertise and mastery of maritime challenges. For their part, the crew of the Millenium Condor also achieved a fine performance, reaching the third step of the podium. These successes illustrate the commitment, perseverance, and team spirit that are values dear to the Cinov Federation.
Intergenerational cooperation in the service of collective performance
Supported by Opco Atlas, the Alternance crews highlighted the complementarity of generations and expertise. Students from CESI and ENSIAT sailed alongside their internship supervisors, concretely illustrating the transfer of skills and the creation of bridges between training and the professional world.

By bringing together students, engineers, and construction contractors, the Baticup Méditerranée offers excellent visibility to the sector's dynamism. The Cinov Federation's participation highlights how networking and complementary expertise are essential to meeting the sector's challenges.
