Members of Parliament have just unanimously removed Article 25 of the draft finance law for 2026 which lowered, in particular, to 25.000 euros the basic threshold for VAT exemption for the building sector and thus established greater tax fairness between micro-enterprises and very small businesses in the building sector in the collection of VAT.
