The Bouyer Leroux Group has completed the acquisition of Storipro.

STORIPRO is a French company founded by Mr. Thierry JABAUDON in 2002 in CAZÈRES (55 km southwest of Toulouse). It specializes in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of custom-made mosquito nets, interior blinds, and exterior blinds to professional customers. It generated a turnover of €3.6 million in 2024, mainly through its website, and employs around fifteen people.

It has equipped itself with a very high-performance IT tool and has at CAZÈRES (31) a very high-quality industrial tool comprising 3 modern buildings housing an automatic cutting center, a canvas storage facility, a manufacturing workshop, an assembly workshop, as well as a powder coating unit.

STORIPRO's culture of innovation allows it to offer its customers a wide range of modern, aesthetic and easy-to-install products (swinging, fixed, zip, sliding, rolling, pleated mosquito nets; interior cassette blinds, vertical blinds, roller blinds, Venetian blinds, zip blinds, etc.) which effectively contribute to the comfort of life and health of residents.

The commercial and industrial synergies between the subsidiaries constituting the Housing Closures Business of the BOUYER LEROUX Group (SPPF, FLO, SOPROFEN France and Belgium, TBS, Groupe MAINE, CEDMAT, SODICOB and VERSO, PSO, SI TECH) and the STORIPRO company are multiple: complementary, innovative and differentiated product and service offerings, intended for the construction, equipment and improvement of housing, residential or tertiary buildings; efficient and complementary upstream/downstream industrial and logistics systems; reinforced potential in terms of purchasing and research and development.

The acquisition of STORIPRO, which will be integrated into the EST division of the Home Closures business of the BOUYER LEROUX Group under the General Management of SOPROFEN, is a decisive step in the integration of mosquito net manufacturing. It will allow STORIPRO to accelerate its development and enhance the existing offerings at SOPROFEN France and Belgium, FLO, CEDMAT, SODICOB and VERSO, Groupe MAINE, SI TECH and SPPF. It strengthens the growth potential and the leading position of the BOUYER LEROUX Group in its markets.
