Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu affirmed on Thursday May 7 the "now irreversible" nature of the high-speed rail project in the Southwest, after signing a memorandum of understanding on the subject in Toulouse in the presence of elected officials from the communities concerned who, generally satisfied, called for vigilance.
