The Bank of France will lower its growth forecasts for 2026 in mid-June, after INSEE indicated on Friday, May 29, that French gross domestic product (GDP) had fallen by 0,1% in the first quarter, its governor François Villeroy de Galhau announced on Monday, June 1.
