The Apave Group strengthens its subsidiary Apave Impact with the acquisition of Climate School from AXA Climate

This acquisition, which follows a successful collaboration between the two entities for several years, strengthens the offering and expertise of Apave Impact, the subsidiary dedicated to sustainability of the Apave Group.

Climate School: the leading provider of digital training on climate issues

Founded in 2021 and based in Paris, Climate School is the leading provider of employee awareness training on the challenges of sustainable transition. With a team of over 50 employees, Climate School supports more than 250 major companies, including over half of the CAC40, in France and internationally, and its training programs have already been made accessible to over 8 million employees worldwide.

Climate School's offering is based on a leading catalog of digital and blended learning content, renowned for its scientific rigor, available in nine languages, and designed for all levels of an organization. This offering is complemented by supplementary modules designed to address specific challenges, such as Net Zero School (decarbonizing the highest-emitting sectors) or Green HR (for HR managers). Climate School also offers customized support, including presentations to Executive Committees and interactive workshops to guide organizations in their strategic transformation in the face of climate challenges.

Climate School enriches Apave Impact's offerings and expertise, giving it a global reach. The Apave Group can now offer its clients support throughout their entire transformation journey, from raising employee awareness to implementing sustainable solutions. This new step paves the way for strong synergies and strengthens the Group's ability to address the strategic challenges of sustainable transitions.

This merger comes after several years of collaboration between Climate School and the Apave Group. Since 2023, Climate School has been supporting the Apave Group in deploying a training program dedicated to sustainable transitions for all 18.500 of its employees in France and internationally. This transaction allows for the integration of a team of recognized experts and a strong ESG brand, whose proven content creation methodology offers significant potential for development in the area of ​​emerging risks.
