A69 motorway: a common-sense decision that secures the future of the region and confirms the major public interest of the project

The decision of the Toulouse Court of Appeal is not only legally sound, but also a matter of common sense. It confirms that the A69 project is essential for opening up, attractiveness, and competitiveness to this region, a position that the State and all the local authorities concerned have been defending for several years.

However, the difficulties encountered on the A69 motorway project are symptomatic of the problems encountered on all infrastructure projects.
