The State has not failed in its obligations regarding publicity and competition: the administrative court of Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) rejected on Thursday 6 February the appeal of Vinci-Bouygues, the current concessionaire of the Stade de France, which was sidelined in favour of GL Events.
