Solutions Événements lays the foundation stone of its new headquarters in Puiseux-en-France (95)

This project combines architectural modernity, logistical efficiency, and environmental performance. The ceremony brought together three elected officials alongside representatives from Roissy Dev, Grand Paris Aménagement, and the BPI.

An ambitious project in the heart of the Pays de Roissy

Established for over 20 years in the heart of the Pays de Roissy region, in the immediate vicinity of Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, Solutions Événements actively contributes to the local economic dynamism. With a surface area of ​​12.500 m², its future headquarters marks a new stage in the company's growth. Designed to meet its growing needs in terms of workspace and logistics, it will house modern offices, living spaces for employees including a gym, a showroom dedicated to product display, and a 2 m² logistics hub.

A virtuous building

The future headquarters of Solutions Événements is part of a sustainable development approach. Currently under construction, it is certified High Environmental Quality – Sustainable Building and complies with the Biosourced level 2 standard.

Designed to limit its carbon footprint, the building combines energy efficiency, user comfort, and respect for the environment. Inside, the layout prioritizes recycled materials and natural lighting. Photovoltaic panels provide part of the energy production, complemented by high-performance insulation, a heat pump, and automated building management (BMS).

Outside, a rainwater harvesting basin, connected to the cleaning and sanitation networks, illustrates the sustainable management of resources. The site also incorporates soft mobility facilities and a green parking lot developed based on a biodiversity study.

True to its digital and customer-centric DNA, Solutions Événements is innovating with the creation of a 24/7 drive-through service, a first in the events sector. This strengthens its position as the leading e-rental platform for event equipment and furniture. The drive-through concept aims to optimize equipment pickup, streamline deliveries, and offer a new standard of logistical responsiveness.
