Solarlux glass systems for the thermal rehabilitation of buildings

Based on a demanding environmental approach, the key device of the operation is "the opening of the glazing of the south facade to provide access to winter gardens created in a mixed wood-concrete structure and closed by sliding glass walls", according to the architect. Thus, "each dwelling gains approximately 9 m² of temperate buffer space, which, with the thermal insulation work of the envelope, makes it possible to achieve the objectives of the Climate Plan of the City of Paris and the BBC option of the NF Habitat HQE certification".
