Siniat unveils VivaPure®: a technical cardboard upright to accelerate low-carbon construction

Developed using Siniat's expertise and understanding of industry needs, this solution represents a groundbreaking advancement in the French market. The company is now the first to offer this technology in the plasterboard sector.

Made from bio-based materials — including paper fibers and vegetable oils — the VivaPure® amount combines low environmental impact and recyclability.

Initially designed for individual homes, this system maintains the installation practices of professionals. Installers use the same tools and replicate the usual techniques, while benefiting from greater comfort on the job site.

Initial feedback highlights, in particular:

• excellent rigidity;
• a quieter operation;
• a simplified cut;
• a reduction in the risk of cuts;
• screwing requires less effort.

With this innovation, Siniat pursues its objective: to offer construction solutions capable of meeting environmental requirements without complicating implementation for companies.

Viva: an approach dedicated to sustainable construction

Through the Viva program, Siniat is structuring its innovation strategy around reducing its carbon footprint and developing the circular economy.

The goal is to design more responsible products while remaining compatible with the usual practices of the sector.

The program is structured around two complementary approaches:

• VivaPure®, dedicated to solutions that help reduce carbon impact;
• VivaCycle®, focused on recycling and integrating recycled materials.

This approach is based in particular on the analysis of the life cycle of products and on a strengthened eco-design policy.

The solutions developed within the framework of the Viva program are manufactured in France, with a logic of local production aimed at limiting delivery distances to construction sites.

Through Viva, Siniat intends to participate in the evolution of interior construction standards by developing more sustainable, recyclable materials adapted to new environmental requirements.
