Following the conference held at the Senate on Monday, March 10, on the theme of "what energy programming for France," PNC-France and Cérémé sent an open letter to Prime Minister François Bayrou to warn of the urgent need to suspend the publication of the Multiannual Energy Programming decree (PPE3).
