The opening of this site is part of Sebach's national strategy to structure its network of agencies around major urban areas – Marseille being the 2nde the most populated city in France.
Construction sites, industrial sites, sporting events, festivals, weddings or other events – public or private – with high attendance, Sebach offers for hire a variety of mobile sanitary facilities (WC cabins, living quarters, hand wash stations, shower cabins, construction site trailers and other VIP caravans), accompanied by a tailor-made maintenance service.
A response to the hygiene needs of the Bouches-du-Rhône region
Previously based in Vitrolles, Sebach is expanding its operations in the region by providing innovative and easily deployable solutions to local authorities, construction companies, industrial firms, and event organizers. This relocation will allow Sebach to better meet the strong demand in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, supported by a strengthened team of eight employees – now under the leadership of Corinne Jovelet – to ensure even more efficient local service.
And for good reason, with numerous construction sites, sustained industrial activity (refineries in particular) and several festivals organized each year (especially the Delta Festival in Marseille), access to sanitary solutions is a major issue to ensure the comfort, well-being and health of hundreds of thousands of professionals and festival-goers.
To achieve this, the company has a wide range of mobile sanitation solutions designed for deployment on all types of construction sites or large-scale events. Among these, innovative flagship products such as the Top San® No Touch self-contained unit and the Lapee and MadamePee female urinals meet a broad spectrum of needs.
Increased territorial coverage to reduce environmental impact
Following the opening of branches in Nice, Agen, and Toulouse this year, this strategic relocation is fully aligned – after its acquisition by the German group TOI TOI in spring 2022 – with the company's development strategy in France. This includes structuring and expanding its network of branches and its workforce by 2026.
According to Corinne Jovelet, Manager of the Sebach agency in Berre-l'Étang: « Our ambition is clear: to establish ourselves as a leading player in sanitary solutions in France. This translates into opening new branches or acquiring existing franchises. This relocation to Berre-l'Étang is fully aligned with this strategy of networking and establishing a strong local presence – aimed at meeting the needs of a customer base that is growing daily – and allows us to strengthen our presence around a key geographical area: the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area. »
This strategy also allows the company to strengthen its historical commitment to the environment, formalized in 2012 within its Charter of Commitments for Sustainable Development: providing its customers with a local service – limiting the carbon footprint due to transport – and an integral service – from upstream advice to create the sanitary area best suited to the site, to the installation and maintenance up to the removal of the mobile sanitary facilities at the end of the rental.
