The opening of this site is part of Sebach's national strategy to expand its network of own agencies around urban areas – Agen being the largest city in Lot-et-Garonne.
Construction sites, sporting events, festivals, local festivals, weddings or other events – public or private – with large crowds, Sebach offers a variety of mobile sanitary facilities for hire (toilet cabins, base camps, hand wash basins, shower cabins, construction site trailers and other VIP caravans), accompanied by a tailor-made maintenance service.
A response to the hygiene needs of New Aquitaine
Already established in Bordeaux, Sebach aims to expand its operations in Nouvelle-Aquitaine by providing local authorities, construction and event industry players with innovative and easily deployable solutions. And for good reason: with numerous development projects and several festivals organized each year (Garorock in Marmande, for example), access to sanitation solutions is a major challenge for ensuring the comfort, well-being, and health of hundreds of thousands of construction professionals and festival-goers.
To achieve this, the establishment has a wide range of mobile sanitation solutions designed to be deployed on all types of construction sites or large-scale events. Among these, innovations and flagship products such as the Top San® No Touch self-contained cabin and the Lapee female urinal meet a wide range of needs.
A territorial network to reduce environmental impact
Following the Lyon and Annecy locations at the end of 2024, the opening of this new site is fully in line with the company's development strategy in France, following its acquisition by the German group TOI TOI in spring 2022. This includes structuring and increasing its agency network and workforce by 30% by 2026.
For Philippe Justino, Director of Operations at Sebach France: « Previously, we relied primarily on a network of around ten dealerships, or about fifteen agencies. We are now regaining control of our network by purchasing dealerships and opening our own agencies, particularly in major cities. This is an unprecedented development strategy that serves our ambition: to become a major player in healthcare solutions in France. »
An increased territorial network that also allows the company to strengthen its long-standing commitment to the environment, formalized in 2012 in its Sustainable Development Commitment Charter. Sebach provides its customers with a local service—limiting the carbon footprint due to transport—and a comprehensive service: from upstream advice to create the sanitary zone best suited to the site, to installation and maintenance, right up to the removal of the portable toilets at the end of the lease.
