Following its last board meeting of the year held on December 5, 2024, the SNFA is already committing to its 2025 roadmap. Alongside players in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminum joinery, the SNFA will continue in 2025 to unite the entire sector around the challenges of its markets, which are increasingly complex and difficult to grasp individually.
In this context, new key players joined the SNFA in 2024 and others will join us in 2025.
Among the major works that the SNFA wishes to continue, and even accelerate, the environment remains a priority. The 2025 strategy includes work on improving the carbon impact, providing environmental data, developing configuration tools to meet market needs as closely as possible, as well as questions of circularity within the sector with VALOBAT or anticipating European regulations. Technical support, with the revision of major DTUs and the evolution of the Construction Product Regulation, is also a priority mission for next year. The enrichment of quality standards remains, also in 2025, a major area of work to enable our companies to differentiate themselves on the markets.
The SNFA will also continue its work in the field of energy performance to take into account the positive impacts of window replacement in the DPE and, more broadly, the performance of glass walls in renovation projects.
Finally, the SNFA will continue its work with its communications and trades committees to continue to position itself on the markets despite the bad weather which is affecting our businesses and the construction market in general.
To carry out these missions, the SNFA announces the arrival of Sandra Bertin as general delegate, replacing Nicolas Cailleau. Thanks to her experience, Sandra Bertin is already invested in the aforementioned subjects and actions.
