Each year in France, the construction sector generates nearly 46 million tons of waste, 85% of which comes from demolition sites. To accelerate its recovery, the Ministry for Ecological Transition is focusing in particular on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes and, specifically, on the Building Construction Products and Materials (BCM) sector to become true drivers of the recycling industry.
